PEDIATRIC ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON

Assistant/ Associate Level Position

 The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is recruiting for an Orthopaedic Surgeons with pediatric sub-specialty expertise. As a member of the Pediatric service, candidates will provide diagnostic, interventional and surgical management for patients with a variety of pediatric diagnoses at a high volume East Bay Campus, one of two sites of our pediatric orthopaedic surgery service.

 The incumbents will be expected to collaborate in clinical and/or basic research as well as publish subsequent results in peer reviewed journals. The selected individual will also be responsible for and provide an integral role to teach clinically relevant topics for residents as well as medical students and fellows. Candidates must be a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon; have completed a fully accredited orthopaedic surgery residency and a pediatric fellowship program, or posses the equivalent experience and practice. Associate level candidates will have demonstrated research and teaching records in academic orthopaedic surgery with particular emphasis in the area of the pediatrics.

 FOOT AND ANKLE SERVICE (ACADEMIC POSITION)

Assistant/ Associate Level Position

 

 

 

The University of California, San Francisco, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is recruiting for a Orthopaedic Foot/Ankle Surgeon.  This full-time appointment will be at the Assistant or Associate level, commensurate with experience; salary negotiable.

 

The selected individual will participate in clinical activities at all UCSF Orthopaedic clinics sites; as well provide an integral role in teaching of residents and students.  Both didactic and bedside teaching is required.  The incumbent will be expected to collaborate in clinical and/or basic research.

Candidates must be a board-certified or board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon; have completed a fully accredited orthopaedic surgery residency and a foot and ankle fellowship program, or posses the equivalent experience and practice.  Associate level candidates will have demonstrated research and teaching records in academic orthopaedic surgery with particular emphasis in the area of the foot and ankle.
