CONDITIONS

The hands may seem like a relatively small part of the body but a number of things can go wrong to cause pain, deformity or even disability. Conditions range from Dupuytren’s contracture, which causes the fingers to curl when tissue in the palm and fingers thicken and shorten, to fractures of the hand and wrist to osteoarthritis.
