John Houston, MPA, is on his way to San Antonio Texas to participate in the Army Medicine Experience Tour. Prominent members of the medical community have been asked to visit the Home of Army Medicine at Fort Sam Houston, where they will visit the San Antonio Military Medical Center (also known as the Brooke Army Medical Center, world-renowned for its care of burn patients), the Center for the Intrepid, which is a world-class rehabilitation facility that treats our most grievously-wounded Soldiers, and make a one-day visit to Camp Bullis, where Army medical personnel are trained to set up field hospitals and work under challenging conditions.
