Your total RunSafe experience includes:
- A comprehensive and individualized running analysis & counseling from our team of sports medicine specialists, including a debriefing while evaluating your gait biomechanics on a 64 inch projector screen.
- A comprehensive report card detailing findings and recommendations from each specialty station, including pictures of recommended exercises and training drills.
- Body composition analysis using the bioelectrical impedence analysis (BIA) method.
- A DVD of your gait analysis will be sent to you within 3 weeks of your evaluation.
