


I wanted to update you, Dr. Luke and the RunSafe Team...I finished the Nike Womens Marathon on SundayI was determined to run cross that finish line and I did!!!
...My gratitude to the Run Safe Team for the great advice. No blisters, no injuries and I feel great. In fact, I am planning to run a “short” 10K this Saturday. Thanks again.
