The Orthopaedic Institute at 1500 Owens Street has a parking lot available on site for our patients and visitors behind the building for a nominal fee. Fees are paid at kiosks located in the lot.
Disabled parking fee with valid DMW placard is $5.00
After 6 PM, weekends and holidays $2.50 flat fee
Additional parking is available across the street at the 1625 Owens Street Garage located next to the Mission Bay Community Center.

There are two shuttle lines that service our patients to the Orthopaedic Institute.

Note: The Green shuttle drops off right in front of 1500 Owens Street and can be accessed from the 4th street shuttle hub. The hours of the Green shuttle are 6:15 AM – 6:55 PM. Mission Bay Shuttles
Private shuttles provide service to the Mission Bay buildings including 1500 Owens Street free of charge. The Mission Bay Shuttle stops in front of the Orthopaedic Institute. Please click on the link for the detailed schedule.
There is transportation via the shuttle system (UCSF and Mission Bay Shuttle) that will pick up and drop off at BART stations. The UCSF Red and Yellow shuttle buses will drop off and pick-up at the 16th and Mission BART station. Please click on the UCSF Shuttle schedule for details.
