Class Standing or Membership in Alpha Omega Alpha
Medical School Transcripts
Three Letters of Recommendation*
USMLE Transcripts
Medical School Dean's Letter
ECFMG Status Report (foreign medical graduates only)

* Request references from an instructor in surgery, preferably an orthopaedic surgeon, who knows you well, one from an instructor in a nonsurgical specialty, and one of your choice. Recommendations should be addressed "Dear Program Director".
